The staff of USA Title & Escrow, Inc., has over 50 years combined experience in the mortgage, legal, banking, and corporate fields. As your title company, we will perform title searches, prepare title commitments within 3-12 hours of receiving initial title order, order and track payoffs, assist in clearing any clouds on title, prepare settlement statements, closing documents, and act as the escrow agent. Our service and the quality of our work behind the scenes is what sets us apart.
