Becky Loree - President 

Prior to obtaining her Title Insurance Producer's license, Becky was a paralegal and Legal Office Administrator working with various law firms in the Knoxville, Atlanta, and Nashville areas for more than 22 years.  Becky also held a Tennessee Real Estate Affilate Broker's license and sold residential real estate  in the Middle Tennessee area for more than four years prior to securing her Broker's license in 1999.  After becoming licensed as an Insurance Producer, Becky opened USA Title & Escrow, Inc., in January of 2001.    With her passion for the legal and real estate industries, she feels the title company is an excellent blend of her background.  

Becky also worked in the banking industry.  She was Senior Paralegal in the Home Equity Loan Department of SunTrust Bank where she and her staff  prepared loan and title documents for purchase money and home equity loans for SunTrust Banks in the Greater Nashville area. 

Becky was born in Knoxville, Tennessee.  After graduating from high school , she attended the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, Tennessee.  After leaving college, she married and moved with her husband to the Sandy Springs area of Atlanta, Georgia.  She and her family later moved back to Knoxville, and then to Nashville.

Becky's versatility is accented by the fact that she was a dance fitness instructor and performer,  with weekly appearances on the Channel 4 morning show with Charlie Chase, and made frequent guest appearances with Richard Simmons, Judy Shepherd Missett, and other fitness professionals.  She also performed at numerous half-time shows including the Nashville Sounds Baseball Team, the San Diego Clippers NBA basketball team, and Vanderbilt University’s Basketball Team.  

Becky is people oriented and takes a personal interest in those she serves.  

Kim Murray - Office Manager and REO Coordinator

Kim is the Office Manager for USA Title and has been in this position since May, 2002.  In addition to her duties coordinating the work flow of our support staff and her direct involvement with coordinating the successful closings of our REO properties, Kim is involved in all other aspects of the business, including title abstracting, clearing clouds on title, working directly with lenders, brokers, buyers and sellers,  funding and post closing.  Prior to her employment with USA Title, Kim held the position of Office Manager for the Center for Non-profit Management in Nashville. 

She resides in Spring Hill, Tennessee, with her husband, Jimbo, and their two children, James and Chloe.  Jimbo is an Engineer with the Metro Nashville Fire Department.

 

Tiffiny Treece - Client Services

Tiffiny has been with USA Title since its inception in 2001.  Her personality, attitude and people skills have played an instrumental part in the company's success.  Tiffiny assumes many roles for USA Title which include, title abstracting, opening preliminary title orders. securing payoffs, preparation of title policies and other post-closing responsibilities.  She is always eager to assist in making sure the day-to-day operations of the company run smoothly.  Chances are, Tiffiny will be the first person you speak with when calling our office.

After graduation from High School, Tiffiny attended O'More College of Design in Franklin, Tennessee.  She then entered the entertainment and restaurant industries in the Nashville area.  Her creativity and outgoing, caring, personality have proven to be valuable assets in her dealings with our customers.

Tiffiny, her husband, Chris, and son Jasten, reside in the Cool Springs area of Brentwood, Tennessee.
