Title Examination Reports - Upon request, when a policy is not required, we perform a title examination of public records in the county in which subject property lies and provide that information to you in report form. These reports also include other pertinent information, including active bankruptcy filings by the current owner, property tax information, judgments, and outstanding Federal and State tax liens.
Reissue Credits - Discount premium rates are extended to our customers when prior policies are provided.
Free Realtor Listing Kits - Upon request, USA Title will provide a preliminary title search and provide copies of current Deed of conveyance and any open mortgage(s) or other liens affecting title to the property. We also provide a Home Book which contains pertinent information about the property, and, if applicable, will provide a link to your web site.
Builder's Discount - Discounts on Settlement Fee provided to builders on all the new construction projects. Our special builders' rates allow you to get the most from the sale of residential real estate. We also make it possible for builders to pre-sign documents, if it is not possible for you to attend the closing.
For Sale By Owner Home Seller Kits - Includes tips on marketing your home, blank purchase agreement, copy of your current vesting Deed, and other pertinent information about your home, including a list of utility, area service providers, and emergency numbers which should prove helpful to potential buyers.
